SipSync is provided by Studio Parkar to help users track hydration habits. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Beta status

Features distributed through TestFlight may be unfinished, may change without notice, and may contain bugs or interruptions. Beta access is provided on an as-is basis.

SipSync is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified medical professional for medical questions or emergencies.

Accounts, data, and availability

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log and for maintaining access to your Apple account, devices, and related services used with SipSync. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, API endpoints, or waitlist form.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the reliability or security of the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

SipSync, its branding, design, and related content are owned by Studio Parkar or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

SipSync is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific outcomes, or that the service will always be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Parkar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of SipSync.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
